seems like a fairly obvious capital structure arbitrage opportunity, which also explains the high short interest. the retail bulls seem addicted to some hostile shorting narrative when there isn't obvious short-and-distort/short write-up activity. the reality is I see what you see. buy bonds, short stock and you should be able to have a decent winner.
